Direct Carrier billing (DCB) is a mobile payment method which allows you to pay for your digital goods and services through a direct connection with the mobile operator. The digital content purchases will reflect on your monthly mobile phone bills without the need of credit card.

How can I get subscribed to TopMobis?

You will not be charged until you submit your phone details. After you enter your phone details, the charge is added to your phone bill at the time of the transaction.

Always remember, there are no contracts or commitments, you can cancel your subscription at any given time with no cancellation fees.

No. There is no refund policy for purchases made through Collect on Behalf (or Direct Carrier Billing) services.
